How do I give feedback?
You can give feedback on compliments or complaints using our Contact Us form on the website. To leave feedback on a specific product, you will need to ‘review’ the product. You can do this by searching for the product and clicking on ‘write a review’ on the product description page. This will take you to a new page where you can give feedback on a product.
How can I submit my application online?
Go to our career page by clicking the link on the footer of the website, select the position you are applying for and submit your C.V.

How do I track my order?
You can track your order's progress using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email/SMS or log in to your account if you're a registered customer. To log in, click "My Account," enter your email and password, and then select "Order History." From there, choose the order you want to track.
How long will my delivery take?
Deliveries are usually between 1-2 hours from the time of your order. If you have picked a delivery slot time, your delivery will get to you at the picked slot time. For orders outside Lagos, please contact our customer service team: at 08081585229 and 09029444112 to get a delivery timeline. While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances may cause occasional delays. If your order experiences a delay, we'll keep you informed with real-time updates. You can also find estimated delivery times for your order in your shipping confirmation email or by tracking your order online.
Do you offer gift-wrapping options?
You can gift-wrap any item in your cart. Just select the "gift box" option next to the item, or check the "Ordering a gift?" box during checkout. You'll see gift options on the Delivery & Payment page.
What is our return policy?
We appreciate you choosing our business, we strive to provide you with the highest quality products and services. Due to the nature of our products/services, all sales are final. We cannot offer refunds after a purchase has been made. However, we understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, if your item arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team. We will process an exchange within 24 hours.
What do I do if a Product is missing from my order?

The Product I bought was supposed to be on offer, but I didn't get the offer, what do I do?
If the product bought was to have an offer, it might be that the offer period is over.
What is Mopheth’s loyalty program?
Our Loyalty Program is point and tiered based. Once you sign up, you get registered on the first-tier level, and you start to earn points as you make purchases, as you make more purchases, your point grows to a certain level that will move you to the next tier level. Different tiers have different levels of benefits. Read more about the benefits on our loyalty page.
How do I join Mopheth’ s loyalty program?
To join our loyalty program, simply sign up by clicking the sign-up button. Once you create an account, you'll automatically be enrolled in the program.
How do I collect Mopheth’s Loyalty points online?
Once you have registered for the Loyalty program online, you can start collecting points on your purchases (T&C’s Apply).
How do I register on the website?
To register, please click on 'login/register', click on 'register', enter all required fields that are marked with an asterisk, click 'tick that you agree to Mopheth’s terms & conditions & you accept Mopheth’s privacy policy', click 'Create my Account', once your account has been confirmed, you will receive a registration confirmation email. You may check your spam mail if it is not in your inbox. If you also want to update or correct any information, you can log back into your account using your email address and password,
I am having issues registering online, what can I do?
If you are experiencing issues registering online you will see a red error message at the top of the registration page. Check the message and amend any data the message is referring to then submit your application again. If the error message states that your email address is already registered this means that you have previously registered and just need to update your password. If this is the case, click on the 'forgotten password' link in the 'sign in' field. If you are still experiencing issues, kindly contact our customer support team at 08081585229.
How do I reset my password?
Click on the 'login / register' link and then type in your email address, then click on 'forgot password', then click 'submit'. You will receive a reset password link in your email. You will have 20 minutes to action this before the link expires. Once you have received your new password email, click the 'change password' link. Enter your new password into the appropriate field and enter it again to confirm. Click 'submit' to change your password. You'll then be logged into your account and we'll send you a second email to confirm your details have been updated.
Can I change my delivery address after I have placed an online order?
If your order hasn't been shipped yet, you will be able to update your shipping address. However, once your order has been shipped, changes to your shipping address cannot be made.
