It helps to repair damaged skin and prevent dry skin. You can get it from oranges, spinach, broccoli, or from supplements as recommended by your doctor.

  • Vitamin E: Vitamin E supplements help to prevent dark spots and wrinkles. You can get more vitamin E in your diet – almonds, and hazelnuts. Vitamin E supplements can also be used to treat skin inflammation.
