TERMS OF USE FOR AI-POWERED FACIAL SCAN WELLNESS CHECK

These Terms of Use govern your use of the AI-powered wellness check service provided by MOPHETH (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Service.

2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

• Accounts registered by bots or any other automated methods are not permitted.
• Unless otherwise specified, each User must register only one account.
• Unless explicitly permitted, a User account must not be shared with other persons.

Termination and Suspension

Termination by You: You may stop using the Service at any time. Your access to the Service may be restricted if you violate these Terms.

Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or deactivate your account, and block your email or IP address at our discretion without any prior notice if MOPHETH believes that you have violated these Terms or misuse of the Service. Further, MOPHETH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY TERMINATION OF YOUR ACCESS TO THE SERVICE.

OUR ANALYSIS OF YOUR HEARTBEAT, WORKOUT, NUTRITION, AND OTHER LIFESTYLE DATA IS INTENDED TO BE USED FOR CREATION PURPOSES ONLY, TO HELP YOU LIVE A HEALTHIER LIFE ALWAYS CONSULT WITH A QUALIFIED HEALTHCARE PROVIDER OR SPECIALIST FOR MEDICAL ADVICE.

Data Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and ensuring the security of your device.

Third-Party Research: MOPHETH does not sell user data to third – parties. We give users the option to export their own data and share it with third parties if they so wish to do so. 7. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
